PinkCoco Uluwatu - Constant Surprises & for Cool Adults Only

My husband & myself stayed here in a Garden view room and our 2 adult daughters stayed in a room next to us for 3 nights. From the moment we stepped into the reception it was an amazing experience. The staff have all been so friendly. The rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was far better than we expected. 5 stars. all of the pools, daybeds, cabanas were just unreal. We got lots of treats around the pool each day. Free ice cream whenever you want it. Free cookies, softdrink & face mask in your room. Rooms cleaned immaculately twice a day. The restaurant here has great food & vibe with a DJ playing. They gave us a cute pink bracelet to wear when we checked in. Location is perfect with lots of activity around. Not far to Single Fin and Padang Padang beach. This has been our most favourite hotel in Bali. Staff definitely make it a memorable experience.

How this place only has 3 stars is a shock to me! This place is paradise! We were a little bit dubious at first on what we were about to walk into, we weren’t sure if it was gonna be a bit tacky or shabby but from the moment we got here we have been blown away. The photos do this place no justice. It is soooo beautiful & well maintained. I’ve never seen so many groundsmen daily working on the premise to keep it all looking clean & beautiful. From the moment we arrived they had big smiles & grabbed our bags & sat us down during check in & gifted us with a welcome drink & refresh towel. Instant bliss. They gave us the reception WhatsApp number which is manned by someone 24/7. So whatever question you had you could just message them & they’d reply almost instantly. They organised our laundry to be done, car to get back to the airport, spa services. So many things & always so willingly & kind about it. The pools are way bigger in real life than they look like in the pictures so that was a pleasant surprise as well. Having the El Bacio restaurant on the premise was sooo amazing. The ease of messaging them on WhatsApp to have cocktails delivered to the pool was epic! Having the breakfast included was a game changer. I’m coeliac & was really worried about how I’d go but they were SO understanding & nearly every meal was able to be altered for me. Plus they homemake their GF bread & it is the besttt I think I’ve ever had. Even my friend who isn’t GF chose to eat it. I’ll be dreaming about it when I go home. All in all this place is epic & my review is already too long but I haven’t even touched on the ‘surprises’. My bestie & I had no idea what that meant but as the days went on we discovered that sporadically, but consistently!

The hotel is near good beaches, main street with restaurants and shops The room was clean, smells nice in the room. We stayed in the rooms on the 2nd floor - very nice ocean view The staff was very friendly and helpful Quite place with no outdoor sound

A special shoutout to Trishan, Lupita, Eva, and Benji, who made us feel right at home. Their warmth, professionalism, and constant smiles truly elevated our experience—they’re absolute stars! The atmosphere around the pool was vibrant yet relaxing, with delightful surprises throughout the day—refreshing treats, creative cocktails, and little moments of magic that made our stay truly special. Returning to our room each day felt like unwrapping a gift, with thoughtful touches and unexpected details that brought constant joy. This place isn’t just a hotel; it’s an experience. We felt looked after, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an AMAZING stay here! The location is excellent, staff are very friendly and the rooms were beautiful and clean. We stayed for 3 nights and it made our holiday! We spent some time by the pool and it was peaceful and clean, the staff will bring around little surprises whilst you are relaxing such as fresh fruit and drinks too cool off. It’s a lovely touch. They go out of their way to give you a memorable experience. Each night we were so excited to get to our room to see what surprise had been left for us to find. Couldn’t fault the hotel and service. We had breakfast included which was good value for money and ate a couple of meals here for lunch and dinner one night which were delicious.
